Retraction

Before I go on to post anything else, I would just like to state that Vince Cable is a backstabbing worm and the piece of embroidery you see below is now viewed ironically (but no less treasured). Turns out that no Lib Dems up top* have principles.

    Absolute power corrupts. I was naive and fell for their spiel too! Did you go to the march last week?

    I did indeed! I didn’t break anything though – but only on account of not being at Millbank. I would have broken everything in sight if I’d have been there.

    I know, what they did was great in terms of publicity, I hope that said publicity can be used positively to help the cause. I read the sunday papers and got really pissed off by all of the middle-aged middle-class columnists commenting disparagingly on the event, and just not getting it – the whole thing about education being a right and not a privilege, and the need for it to be feasibly accessible to all (of course Cameron et al wouldn’t ever have had to work to fund their own education etc etc etc).
    Gah. Tossers.
